reunion di rumah aizura

sekalung penghargaan buat tuan rumah aizura for arranging a short and sweet get together for us girls last week. the event was in conjunction to her being transferred to sabah. it was called a "reunion", but a reunion of what group specifically pun i don't know because we were all from the same uni, but not the same class. after graduating, a majority of us ended up working for the same employer, but the thing that kept us close at that time was the chain of emails we kept sending each other. i don't remember exactly when the email chain started, nor do i have any recollection of why and how it started.

mind you, mase tu fb was not a hot thing yet. nor was blogging - kausar je kot yg dah start blogging masa tu. having the chain emails sent from the girls were really something i enjoyed receiving everyday, especially after i left office life. it was great to just go through lines and lines of emails, sometimes sampai pening2 nak identify which email came after which. but getting to read something from the girls, even about nothing really important was totally something i looked forward to everyday. thank you, korang. hehehe..

oh yeah, mase tu i think all of us were still single, or maybe baru kahwin sangat kot. none of us ada baby lagi. so, we were all pretty much "available" that time. now, as time flies, the chain emails have started slowing down and have come to a halt since, i think last year (ke last last year). everyone is now quite busy and occupied. and then, with nearly everyone dah ada blog sendiri, the chain emails pun terus pupus ditelan masa.

well, anyway. the gathering was a great get together. not everyone was there, mien, niza and rina couldn't make it. niza pergi umrah, alhamdulillah! and i had to leave early, meninggalkan zu dan mirah yg baru sampai (sorry!). but ok ape, it's a good start.

to all you girls, looking forward to another round of "reunion".

+ di ruang makan rumah aizura, di meja makan yg mencecah riban2 ringgit ya. TV dia pun bapak besar.. oh ya, rumah pun sgt cantik, so proud of you! +

anyway, kepada cik aizura: terima kasih sekali lagi. selamat berjaya di perantauan. dan selamat ulang tahun kelahiran yang ke errmmm... 20 ya!!
