there are angels among us

yes, we are in KL now. living, enjoying and breathing KL air. weeeehoo..! (err.. with the air condition rite now, i guess it's not so weehooo?)

the decision of moving back to KL was based on several things, like loh kong getting more good project offers from KL-based clients (yeayy... $$Ka-ching) and for me --- a job offer in pj. and did i accept the offer? oh yes i did. so, yeah.. i am now officially a working mom!

it's been 3 weeks now and things have been relatively good. relatively, since.. hmmm let's see. one thing, our move is partially complete. half our things are here and half are still in JB. we're staying at a friend's house temporarily until the end of this month. hopefully, by then, we can move into our own house, start decorating and live happily, yeayy!

the moving and the new job has been tiring for all of us.. loh kong has been great, being cool and not expecting too much from his newly-working-wife. baby m too, is adapting well with her new nanny (who, alhamdulillah is a gentle human being who loves to cook and has a loving husband & 2 good kids), but all of this moving and waking up early everyday to follow umi's new schedule has taken a toll on her too. she's been having flu for the past 3 days; waking up burning hot in the middle of the night, heavy coughing together with the classic runny nose.

this new change has been bumpy here and there, but things eventually flowed very well thanks to the help and kindness of people around us. friends have offered assistance in the kindest and greatest ways, being there, offering help and expecting nothing in return. strangers & ppl who we just met for the 1st time too, have been helping out in the most unexpected good ways. all i can say is, we are blessed to have all of them - these angels around us. thank you so much korang. i love you all..

PS: looks like there'll be no more "lady of leisure"... tukar kpd "working lady of leisure" perhaps?
